Registration
All bulls are registered unless noted. Papers will be transferred to the new owner on all registered bulls.

Health
Bulls will be semen tested prior to the sale and health certificates will be available when needed.

Breeding Guarantee
All bulls are guaranteed to be breeders. Any bull that has not proven to be a breeder within 6 months after the date of the sale, if in healthy condition, may be returned to the seller at the buyer's expense. After which, the seller reserves the right to prove the bull a breeder within the following 6 months. Should the bull fail to prove himself, the seller will issue the buyer credit toward the purchase of another bull in full settlement.

Announcements
Errors discovered in the sale catalog and online information will be corrected from the auction block at sale time. Such corrections and announcements take precedence over printed and online material.

Accidents & Liabilities
All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk, the seller or sales management assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents occurring in, on, or around the premises.

Bids
Each bull on which there are two or more bids will be sold to the highest bidder. All decisions made by the auctioneer will be final.

Sealed & Telephone Bids
Sealed bids may be turned over to the staff at Bales CCC or to Donnie Leddy and will be handled in strict confidence. There will be telephones available at the sale by calling 605-352-8682 or 605-203-1289.
